My landlord is taking me to court next week. It's unlikely that I'm going to be able to hang on to my lease (and to make things worse, I'll probably have to crash at my sister's in South Philly). So what I need are links to landlord/tenant law, or a recommendation for folks who are versed in that sort of thing. I don't expect to get my security deposit back, but I'd like to make sure that things are handled appropriately on their end and that they don't try to bone me with fees and costs associated with turning the apt over (like rehabbing it for the next tenant). Also, how long can I stay there if they're charging me for the place, that sort of thing...
Thanks...
