About fence/landscaping laws?

Does anyone know if you can find laws pertaining to fencing or landscaping online? (Specifically for Folcroft.) Supposedly, you can't put up a fence around your property anymore, but I haven't been able to find the actual law- I want to see if there are any exceptions/loopholes/etc. or if we can get around it by putting shrubs up around the yard. I'm not Googlephobic, but every time I've tried to search through Google results, I'm directed to a bunch of crap that applies to businesses or specific court cases.

Thanks in advance!

if you own the property, I doubt that they can keep you from building a fence. There are height limitations though, so you just need to go to the local township building and talk to one of them in there and ask.
